Off line means that you’re not connected to the internet. If he can seed on the internet without being connected to it, I want to buy him. (People from other dimensions are worth a loit of money.)
In this universe? It’s impossible. That doesn’t mean that you can’t have SOME computer seeding files while your main one is off line – but you can’t seed files without having SOME computer-type device connected to the internet. If you could, you also could be in Chicago while you’re in a plane over Nairobi.
